Auditors	Resolved that seeing that Mr. R. H. Webster has ceased to be a member
		of the Club by his resignation & having become a member of the L'pool Club
		his position as Hon. Auditor cease & that the certificate of Messrs T.
		Theodore Roger & Co. be taken for the Balance Sheet.

Old Boys	Resolved that Mr. Clayton see the rep. of Tranmere old Boys & make
FC.		the last arrangements as to amount payable to Club for match
		played.

New Players	Mr. Griffiths & the Secretary reported that they had in accordance
Trainer		with the instructions of the Committee been to Scotland &
		made the following engagements.
		Bernard Coyle	during Summer £2 per week during playing Season
				£2 per week & a bonus of £10 for signing.
		George Smith	during Summer £2 per week & during playing Season
				£2.10.0 per week & a bonus of £10 for signing.
		James Jamieson	during Summer £1.15.0 per week & during playing Season
				£2 per week & a bonus of £10 for signing.
Trainer		Lewis Love from August 15th 1892 to Sep 30th 1893} £2 per week
			&   "   August 15th 1893 to Sep 30th 1894}
		all the above to have their expenses paid down to
		Liverpool.

Bonus		Resolved that a bonus of £5 be paid to Love &
		£2 to Collins for work done in connection with
		engagement of above players.

Annual		Resolved that the meeting be held on Monday next if the
Meeting		notices are sent out on Wednesday night - failing that, the
		meeting to be held on the Thursday following.

Geary		Resolved that Geary be requested to attend before the
		Committee re the Public House business.
EVENTS
18 Standen Whiteside Linaker was considered for membership of the Club.
39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
51 Resolved that the silver medals to Everton Team from the previous season should be presented on 24 Oct.
72 Gordon appeared before the Committee and promised to abstain from drink in the future.
74 Call on players “to pay strict and special attention to training … and not to go skating on the ice.”
98 Resolved that a turnstile book be kept.
107 Resolved that 13 medals be purchased @ 24/- from Vaughton’s
112 Fred Geary was asked to look for employment outside a public house
