Robertson	Resolved that Robertson have a further sum of £6 advanced
		to him out of the Season's wages.

Contracts re	Resolved that the following contracts be confirmed
Goodison Road	Kelly Bros. for levelling ground & new hoarding	   £424.0.0
		 "	"   for levelling practice ground & laying
			    water pipes on Ground		     55.0.0
		Burton for sodding Ground		@ 5½ per square Yard.

Shield		Resolved that Mr. Cornett be instructed to write Mr. Houlding
		& ask for date when he will be prepared to give up the field.

Removal of	Resolved that the Kelly Bros. offer for same be accepted
Turnstiles & office  viz. £18.0.0.

L'pool Cup	Resolved that the L'pool Cup be insured against Fire &
		Burglary & that it be left at Mr. Mahon's residence.

Banking		Resolved that we transfer our banking a/c to
a/c		the N & S. Wales bank County Road Branch.

New Ground	Resolved that Messrs Kelly Bros. be paid £250 on account
accounts	of their contract out of the funds of the Club also any other
		items as may be decided upon by the Committee.

Ground Com.	Resolved that Mr. Wilson be requested to allow his name to
		put on the Ground Committee.

W. Campbell	Resolved that Campbell be engaged @ 30/- in the Summer
		& 50/- in the playing Season - a special agreement to be drawn up
		re his breaking down in the future etc.
