Minor		Resolved that the use of the Ground be given on Wednesday
Association	13th Inst for the Final Tie in the Minor Cup Competition.

Hospital	Resolved that the Secretary write & say that owing to our
Saturday	prospective engagements & our having to make arrangements
		to vacate our present Ground, we cannot accede to the request
		but that we will at the earliest date give them a match on
		the Goodison Road Ground.

Egan benefit	Resolved that we accede to Mr. Bentley's request &
fund		allow some of our players to assist in the benefit match.

Linen Lappers	Resolved that owing to our numerous engagements we cannot
		accede to the request.

Match with	Resolved that a mid-week match be arranged with Bootle
Bootle		on half gate terms.

Pyrotechnyc	Resolved that the Secretary make enquiries from Mr. Ramsbottom
display		as to probable cost etc.

Vacancies on	Resolved that Mr. A. E. Leyland be elected to fill one of the
Committee	vacancies on Committee, the election of another left over
		until next meeting.

Sub Com. re	Resolved that the following gentlemen be elected as a
Goodison Road	Sub Com - to deal with Goodison Road Ground viz. Messrs
		Wilson, Davies, Leyland, Atkinson, Griffiths & Clayton.

39 It was agreed to pay £10.00 to F Geary as a wedding present.
43 It was agreed that the Combination Team should be offered 2 guineas and a gold medal each if they got the championship.
