Thomson (Dundee) these two players and stated they did not
Colquohoon (St. Mirren) consider them good enough for us.
Andrews (S'land) Messrs T. Fleetwood & J. Fare gave moderate
reports of this player.
Neilson (Shields) Mr. J. Fare reported that he considered this
C. H. B. a very promising player.
Johnstone Mr. J. McGill gave a good report of these
& Stevens (Bangor) two players.
McEwan, Mr. J. Weir gave a good report of these two
Williamson (Kilmarnock) players.
Northern Players Mr. W. Laine gave good reports of Agar &
Thompson (Carlisle U.), Shiel (Wallsend) & Mair
(W. Auckland).
Use of Ground The L'pool County F.A. were granted the use
of the ground for their Northern Counties Championship
match v Cumberland on Oct. 2nd.
