Reports re players	Messrs J. Fare & Secy. reported that they
Imrie & Swallow	did not consider either of these players good
(St. Johnstone) enough for us on their display v Rangers.

Thompson (Dundee)	Mr. J. Weir gave a good report of this
		half back.

Neilson (Shields)	Mr. W. Laine gave a favorable report
		of this player.

Adams (Burnbank)	Mr. J. Weir gave two very favorable
		reports of this centre half back.

Corporation Hut		Secy. reported that the Corporation had asked
		us to make an offer. It was left in the
		hands of the Chairman to negotiate for same
		with the Town Clerk.

Journeys to Portsmouth	It was decided to stay overnight
& Leeds		in London for former match & have meat on
		the Sat. at Portsmouth.
			Decided to ask Leeds united to kick
		off at 5.45 on 16th prox. to enable team to get
		back same night.

White (Blackburn Rovers) It  was decided to make an offer of
		£350 for this players transfer subject to a
		medical examination as to his state of health
		and if this is satisfactory to offer him an
		engagement at £6 per week with £10 signing on fee.

J. Dawsons Benefit	Secy. reported that Dean had been selected
		to play in this match on 17th Prox. It was
		decided that we could not allow him to play.

Thorne Colliery F. C.	It was decided to grant this club
		a donation of £10 re Sagar.

B. Smith's Widow	It was also decided to grant this
		woman a gratuity of £25
