Staircase Estimates for covering the staircase
to office with ruboleum were submitted by
Heaton Tapp & Co. Ld. & J. & R. Smith Ld. It was
agreed to accept the latter's offer of £54.5.10
& to cover the small staircase to Lavatories
With Linoleum.
Articles of Assocn. The letter from F. A. was again considered
and it was decided to reply that after considerable
enquiry and deliberation The Board arrived at
the conviction that there was not the remotest
likelihood of the Share holders relinquishing the
interest they hold in the surplus assets of the Coy.
and that there is no apprehension on our part
that the present Articles of Assocn. are an
infringement of the Rules of the F. A. neither need
there be any apprehension that the Shareholders
would wind up the Coy for the purpose of
participation of the surplus assets.
