Cockfield FC		An application from this club for a donation
		re J Towers was not entertained.

Water Supply in		A Sanitary notice was received re the inadequate
Gwladys St	supply to Nos 14 to 24.

Benefit Match		It was agreed to send a team to Southport
for Jefferis & Semple to play in this match on the 29th April.

G. Cook			Secy produced a birth certificate  re. this
		player which showed that he would be 25 in
		Augt. next. He was instructed to write the Blyth
		Spartans F.C. complaining as to their mis-statement
		as to his age when he was transferred.

Compensation from	Secy produced particulars showing that
Barnsley	the amount due from this Club was £19.

Footballers Fund	Letter read asking permission to take a
for St Dunstan's collection on Apl 18th. This was unable to be
		granted owing to one being granted for another
		charity.

Retained & Transfer	Lists of players engaged at present were
Lists		handed to the members of the Board who decided
		to deal with the matter at next meeting.

A E Virr		The Chairman reported that the J. L. Mutual
		Insce Federation were taking steps to discontinue the
		payment of compensation to this player.

New Players		Secy was instructed to write the clubs re
		the following players:- Leeds United re Edwards,
		Clyde re Blair & Aston Villa re Wood & Kingdon.
