J. O'Donnell Secy. reported that this player had been
transferred to Blackpool at a fee of £2500
to be paid by 2 instalments of £1250 each payable
on or before 31st Decr. 1930 & 6th April 1931 and this
was confirmed.
Reports re Woolaghan Mr. E. Green reported that he had played a lackadaisical
(Workington) game, he did not fancy him & could not recommend.
Oakes (P. Vale) Mr. A. Coffey reported this back was a good
player & should be watched. He understand the
club were prepared to part with him.
Cunliffe (Blackburn Rover) Mr. J. Fare gave an excellent report of this
player who was the best player on the field.
Davies (Bradford) Mr. T. Fleetwood reported that this player
had played a very fine game v Swansea Town.
Lumberg (Wolves) Mr. J. Elliott reported that he was not impressed
with this left back.
Haywood (Altrincham ) Mr. J. McGill reported that this player had
played well until injured.
Crompton (Wrexham) Secy. reported that this player was not good
enough for us on his display v Stockport County.
