Wilson (Hamilton) Messrs J. Fare & Secy. gave a poor report
McNab (Dundee) of the former & stated that the latter was
injured in the first 15 mins. They had heard
that his character was not too good.
Colquohoon Messrs J. Fare & J. Weir gave excellent
(St. Mirren) reports of this half back.
Barkass & Randall Mr. J. Elliott gave a very good report
(Bradford City) of the former and a good report of the
latter.
O'Donnell (Connah's Quay) He also gave a very good report
of this full back.
Larken (Derby Cres.) Mr. J. McGill gave a good report
of this centre forward & Secy. was instructed
to endeavour to secure his signature.
Dunn (S. Shields) Mr. W. Laine gave a poor report of the
Burgess (Stockport) former, but a good report of the latter.
J. Weir It was decided to renew this
mans engagement on same terms.
Jubilee Banquet The final arrangements as submitted
by the Sub Committee were approved.
James (P.N.E) This players name having been
brought forward, it was agreed that the
Chairman be empowered to negotiate for his
transfer up to £5000.
