(3) RESOLVED that notice be given for alteration of the Rules for the infringement for a throw, by the substitution of throw in for the non-offending side in place of a free kick, and that notice be given of the proposed alteration as follows:- "The deletion of the letter 5 at the beginning of the second line of Law 17, and the addition at the end of Law 5 of the following words - "in the event of an infringement of this Law, a throw in should be awarded to the non-offending side". Passed unanimously.
