Wade gave moderate Lumberg (Wrexham) reports of this full back. Barkers (Bradford C.) Mr. A. R. Wade reported that he could not reccommend this player on his display v New Brighton. Hamilton (Crystal Palace) Mr. E. Green gave a good report on this half back. Richardson & Robson Messrs J. Elliott & W. Laine gave very (Blyth) good reports of these two players. Bicknell (Chesterfield) Mr. J. Fare gave a fair report of this back but J. Elliott reported that on his display v Rochdale he could not reccommend him. Mills (Notts C.) Mr. J. Fare gave good reports of these Shaw (Wolves) two backs. Parry & Bain Mr. J. McGill gave good reports of (Stalybridge) these two players. Burgers (Stockport) Mr. W. J. Sawyer reported that he could not reccommend this player. Watson (Hamilton) Mr. J. Weir gave a very good report of this half back.
