Compensation		Letter read from Wednesday F. C. raising
for loss of Gate objection to our figures. Decided with their consent
		to place matter before League Management Committee.

Gibson (Partick T.)	Letter read asking for offer for this player
		Decided we offer up to £6000 for him & Chairman
		& Secy. to proceed to Glasgow to try & fix him up.
		
John Lewis		It was agreed to make a donation of
Memorial Fund}	£5.5.0 to this Fund.

Ritchie (Hibernian)	Letter read asking £5500 for this players
		transfer. Decided not to entertain same.

New Stand		Certificate received from Mr. A. Leitch in
		favour of Francis Morton & Co. for £700. Decided to
		leave matter over until certain defects had been
		attended to.

Re Turfing Ground	Tenders were received from Messrs Kent &
		Brydon Ld. & W. Rowlands & Co. amounting to
		£914.9.0 & £590 respectively. After
		careful consideration it was decided to accept
		the former subject to them including in their
		figure the re turfing of the Linesmen's trods
		& the bare patch opposite tunnel exit.

Transfer Fees		Decided to place following fees on the
		players for transfer viz.
		Kendall £100, Macdonald £750, Hamilton £200,
		Peacock £1000, Reid £750, Moffat £250, Woodhouse
		£250, Paterson Free, Kennedy £750.
