Distillery F. C. Applications from Messrs J. Price & J. H. Smyth

Reports re Players Mr. W. Laine gave excellent reports of these
Thompson (Whitby) two centre forwards. Decided he watch the
Wilkinson (Crook) latter until end of season & if satisfactory to
endeavour to get him to come for a months
trial at commencement of next Season.
Crooks (Durhams C.) Mr. D. Kirkwood gave good reports of
Steele (Rotherham U.) these two players.
Gillespie (E. Fife) Mr. J. Weir gave a good report of this
player.
Cunliffe (Adlington) Mr. W. Green reported unfavorably of this
