Report re Players Mr. J. Fare reported that the conditions
Tegg (Lincoln) were terrible but that this player and
c. Smith(Wrexham) had shown promising form.
Hart (Flint) He also reported that this player
was not good enough for us.
Portsmouth v Notts C. Mr. J. Elliott reported that Barry did
not play but that Forward (O. R.)(Portsmouth)
had played an excellent game.
Hibs v Falkirk Secy. reported very favorably of
Ritchie & Dunn(Hibs) & McIlwaine (Falkirk)
& had asked the club to let us know fees
required for the two former.
Shaw (Wolves) Mr. D. Kirkwood gave a good report
of this player.
Players Agreements It was decided to insert the following
clause in our players agreements.
"The Player will at all times during the
continuance of this Agreement abstain from driving
or riding upon a Motor Cycle or Motor Cycle
Combination and will not do, perform, or be
concerned in any act or conduct whatsoever
calculated to render him incapable of performing
his duties to, or playing in any matches of
the Club".
Raitt It was decided to re-sign this player
for next Season at £6 & £8 A. Coffey.
