Reports re Players Mr. E. Green gave good report of the former
Bocking & Fielding and a very good report of the latter.
Attwood (Walsall) Secy. reported that Mr. Coffey & himself were
satisfied with this players ability and had secured
his transfer for £1500 with a wage of £5 per week
until 24th Septr. 1929 & £6 per week from that date to
3rd May 1930 with £1 per week extra when playing
in 1st team & Signing on Bonus of £10. Confirmed.
Lockhead (Walsall) He also reported that they were not
Sweetman (QPR) too impressed with these two players.
Walsh (Bristol) Mr. W. J. Sawyer gave a moderate report
of this full back.
Barnett (Watford) Mr. W. J. Wallace gave a fairly good report
of this forward.
Wolliscroft Mr. J. Elliott gave a good report of
(Carnarvon) this forward.
Shuttleworth (Buckley) And a bad report of this centre half
back.
Taylor (Dundee U.) Mr. J. Weir gave a very good report
of this back.
Use of Ground It was agreed to grant the use of the
ground for final of Secondary Schools Shield
