Reports re Players Mr. E. Green gave a favorable report
O'Grady (Nantwich) of the former and a very good report
Sleight (do) of the latter.
Corbett & Garrett Mr. J. Fare gave a fair report of the
(Worcester City) former but stated that the latter did
not play.
Newton (Stockport) Mr. J. Fare gave a fairly good
report of this player.
Moran (Wigan) Mr. J. Elliott gave good reports of
Smedley (N. Brighton) these two players.
Taylor (Dundee U.) Mr. J. Weir gave another good report
of this back.
Arrangements v The arrangements for these matches as
Portsmouth & Chelsea submitted were approved except that on
12th prox. lunch be taken at Brighton
instead of on train.
Cup Tie Tickets It was agreed to inform the Chelsea
F.C. that we would not require further
tickets for the 12th prox.
