L'pool Senior Cup Secy. reported that the L'pool County F.A.
had accepted an offer of £175 as their Share
of the gate for L'pool v Southport Cup Tie.
He was instructed to enquire if this was in
accordance with F.A. rules.
Transfer of Shares The following transfers were approved

Reports re Players Mr. J. weir gave a very good report of
Ferguson(Falkirk) this goalkeeper. Decided that Mr. J. Fare watch
him next week & enquire if club would be
prepared to transfer him.
Dennington Mr. J. Fare gave a poor report of this
(Norwich C.) goalkeeper.
Shareholder Secy. reported that the Adelphi Hotel
Banquet) had charged for 500 dinners, and that there
were only 417 present. It was agreed to offer to
pay for half the difference viz. 459.
K.O. v Derby Res. It was decided that the K.O. in this
match on Sept. 12th be at 3.15 p.m.
Boxing Match An application for permission to advertise
this affair on the ground was refused.
Lancashire F.A. It was decided to purchase 10 copies
Jubilee of this History.
