		a very successful Tour in Switzerland where
		we had won all our matches and had been
		exceedingly well received.

			The majority of the items on the Expenditure
		side of the a/c's had been reduced and the
		profit of £10499.15.4 had been the largest
		we had even had.

			He regretted that during the Season we
		had suffered the loss of our oldest Director,
		(Dr. J. C. Baxter) who was one of the Pioneers of
		the Club & who had died in January last,
		and the Shareholders present paid their tribute
		to his memory by standing in silence. They
		had however, kept the name in connection with
		the Club by co-opting his son Dr. Cecil S. Baxter
		in his stead & this was heartily concurred in
		by the Shareholders.

			He also referred in sympathetic terms to the
		long & trying illness which Mr. H. Banks, their
		colleague, had gone through, but he was pleased
		to have him back in harness again.

			On the proposition of the Chairman, seconded
		by Mr. W. J. Sawyer, the Accounts, Balance Sheet &
		Report were unanimously adopted & passed.

Dividend		Mr. E. Green proposed & Mr. W. C. Gibbins
		Seconded that a Dividend of 7½% (less Income
		Tax) be paid on the paid-up Capital of the Coy.
		for the year ending 5th May. 1928.

Election of}		There were no opposition candidates and
Directors  }	the Chairman duly declared Messrs C. S. Baxter,
		E. Green & A. R. Wade re elected for a period
		of 3 years, and in doing so, thanked the
		Shareholders for the confidence they had
		reposed in the Board.
