H. Whalley, Common, Kennedy, Bain, Griffiths,
Rooney, Meston, Dunn, French, Jones & Stein.

Reports re Players Secy. reported that he had secured the
Dunn & Stein transfers of these 2 players. Dunn from the
Hibernian F. C. at a fee of £5000. Wages up
to 4/5/29, limit with £10 signing on fee.
Stein from Dunfermline Ath. at a fee of £1400
Wages £5 Summer & £7 playing Season with £10
signing on bonus. Action confirmed.
Watson (Hamilton) Messrs D. Kirkwood & J. Weir reported that
Ferguson (Falkirk) they were not impressed with the former -
the latter however was a good goalkeeper but
the Club were not prepared to part with him.
Williams (Stalybridge) Mr. J. Elliott gave a poor report of this
player.
Pennington (Halifax) & Mr. J. Fare a similar report of this
goalkeeper.
Mackay Mr. W. Laine wrote that he had heard
(Ferryhill) very good reports of this player.
Hardy H. It was decided to offer this player
a re-engagement at limit wage for next Season.
