M. O. Dr. C. Baxter tendered his resignation as
stipendiary M. O. & same was accepted as also
was his offer to continue in an honorary
capacity until end of season.

Reports re Players Mr. J. Fare gave a very good report of this
Oxberry (S. Shields) player. A wire was received from the Shields
club that fee required was £3500. Secretary
was instructed to proceed to endeavour to secure
his transfer up to £1500.
Dickie (L. B.) Mr. E. Green reported that he could not recommend
this players. Mr. Coffey reported likewise.
Waring (Tranmere R.) Secy. reported that this player had been
transferred to Aston Villa.
Rimmer (do) Secy. reported that this player was likely
to be transferred but it was decided not to
negotiate for his services.
Marshall (Southport) Mr. D. Kirkwood reported that he could
not recommend this player, but spoke will
of Tait (C. F.).
Falkirk Players Mr. J. Weir's report on Houston & Hutchinson
was read.
F.A. Trial Secy. gave a report of this match played
at Middlesbro.
