Present Mr. W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors
except Dr. J. C. Baxter.
Minutes The Minutes of meetings held on the
1st & 2nd inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The following receipts were reported
Gate v Hull City F.A. Cup replay gross £3092.12.9
Cheque was signed for the following:-

Reports of Matches Reports were received of the matches
v Hull City 2-2 & 2-3 & Leicester City 2-6
Oldham Ath. Res. 1-0 & Wednesday Res. 0-5
Dr. & Trainers Report Dr. C. Baxter & Trainer Cooke reported
that Hardy, Davies, Brown, Woodhouse,
Peacock & Macdonald were unfit.
Taylor Cooke It was decided that we endeavour
(Huddersfield Town) to secure the services of the former & the
matter was left in the hands of the Chairman.
It was reported that Cook had been
transferred to Aston Villa.
White(Southport) The deputation to Tranmere reported
owing to had conditions it was impossible
to come to any decision as to this players
capabilities but recommended he be seen
again.
McPhail & Gibson Mr. J. Weirs report on these players
was read.
