Doherty & McMullan did not consider these players up to the
standard required by us.
England v Wales The Chairman gave a report of this
match & spoke very well of Evans (F. B.) &
Jones (I. L.) of Welsh team.
Barkass (Bradford C.) Messrs A. Coffey, J. Sharp & D. Kirkwood reported
unfavorably of this player.
Waring (Tranmere) Mr. J. Fare gave an excellent report
of this player.
Steel (St. Johnstone) Mr. J. Weir gave another good report
of this player.
Coyle (Blyth) Mr. W. Laine gave a fairly good report
of this player & it was decided that he
watch him again. - He also reported favorably
of Harkuss (L. H.) of Craghead & Hook (F. B.) Crookhall.
Roberts & Robinson Mr. J. Elliott gave another good report
Leeds of these backs.
Storm Insurance The Secy. presented a quotation from
the L'pool & London & Globe Insce. Co. for insuring
against Storm Damage amounting to £114.
Decided to take no further action.
Donation Agreed to give £2.2.0 to the N. L'pool

Hardy Mr. A. Coffey reported an enquiry from
Bolton Wdrs - Decided that Secy. proceed to
Bolton to try & arrange an exchange of
Howarth for Hardy or failing this to
offer Hardy at £1500.

permission to erect a Kiosk in space next
