players were of required standard.
Callanan & Gray These two players having asked for
engagements as pros, it was decided not to offer
to engage them.
Use of Ground The use of ground G. P. was granted for
Lord Colwyn Cup Final on Sat. evening 2nd May
but an application for a Saturday in June
from the L'pool Boy Scouts was not entertained.
Real Madrid F. C. An application from this club for a match
in September was not entertained.
Nomination for Secy. reported that Mr. J. R. Hurrell had been
Directorate nominated for the Board & this gentleman had
also written that same had his approval.
Darlington F. C. Letter read from this club offering us the
first refusal of any of their players next season
but this was not considered satisfactory, & it was
left in the hands of the Chairman to draft a reply.
