Williams (Stockport) had done badly against v Halifax Town.

Falkirk Players		Mr. D. Kirkwood reported very favorably
		of Paterson (O. L.) v Thomson (L. B.) but that Hunter
		(I. L.) had not played too well.

Tricker (Charlton)	Mr. J. Fare reported that he did not
		consider this player up to League Standard.

Hannah (Norwich)	Mr. J. Elliott gave a poor report of this
		player.

England v The Rest	The Secy. gave a report of this match
		& also result of his enquiries re M'bro., Bolton, Plymouth
		& H'field players.

Smith (Newport C.)	Mr. G. Hoare gave a very poor report
		of this player.

Bradshaw (Bury)		Secy. reported that the Bury F. C. had
		informed him they were not prepared to
		transfer this player.

Messer & McConnell	Mr. D. Kirkwood gave excellent reports
(Reading)	of both these players.

Stirling v Renfrew	Mr. J. Weir reported that none of the
		players in this match were good enough for us.

Morgan (Armadale)	Mr. J. Fare reported that this player
		had been transferred to the Heart of Midlothian.

F. A. Cup		Decided to enter for this competition in
		1927-8 & to apply for exemption.

Bonus to Strathdie	It was decided to allow this matter
		to lie on the table.

Use of Ground		It was decided to grant the use of
		the ground for a Scout display on 7th May,
		but not to entertain the application of Reds Park
		to play a Hurling match.
