[Meeting of Ground Committee held at Goodison Park L'pool on Friday 3rd Decr. 1926] Present Messrs W. C. Cuff, H. Banks, J. Sharp & A. R. Wade. New Stand Estimates were presented from Messrs R. Costain & Son & the Penmaenmawr & Trinidad Lake Asphalt Co. for covering the floor under the stand, the triangular portion of land in Bullens Rd. & the space between the New Stand & the Goal Double Decker with Tarmac or cement also a price from Mr. A. Strathdee. It was decided to carry out the work by direct labour under Mr. Strathdee at an estimated cost of about £433 for cementing. Confirmed as Correct W. C. Cuff Chairman.
