F. Parry Secy. reported the transfer of this player
to Grimsby Town F. C. at a fee of £200 and
that the player be paid an accrued share of
benefit of £100 subject to the consent of the
League Management Committee being obtained.

Sale of Seats It was reported that the Blackpool
F. C. had made an offer which the Chairman
had agreed to accept of £200 for the tip up
seats taken from the old Bullens Rd. Stand
the amount to be paid on or before 15th Septr.
next and this was approved.
Donations Agreed to grant £2.2.0 each to the
Kirkdale F. C. Sports Fund & the St. Luke's
Vicarage Repair Fund.
League Meeting } Reports of these meetings in London
C. L. Meeting } were given by The Chairman & Mr. W. J. Sawyer
& F. A. Meeting } (No.1), Mr. W. C. Gibbins (No.2) & Mr. H. Banks (No.3).
Fire Insurance Secy. reported that he had obtained
a rebate off the premium in regard to the
Bullens Rd. Stand of £1.16.5.
F. A. Council Secy. gave a report of the canvassing
for the Chairman re Div. III of F. A. Council.
New Stand A report was given on the progress
of the work. Copy of the Quantities were
received & a letter from Mr. A. Leitch re increase
of price for wages. This matter was left in the
hands of the Chairman to go into.
Season Tickets Prices were submitted for the printing
of the various season tickets required, as follows:-
C. Tinling & Co. Ld. £75, J. Lyons & Co. £51.3.3.
It was decided to accept the latter.
