Haworth Benefit		It was agreed, on the request of the
		Burnley F. C. to release one player to take
		part in this match.

Proposed Friendly	Secy. reported that the L'pool F. C. were
match v L'pool	quite prepared to play a friendly match
		to exploit proposed new offside rule, but
		date to be left over at present.

Groundsmen		Mr. H. Banks reported a scene between
		Groundsmen Smith &  Fortune & Secy. was asked
		to make enquiries as to the cause of the affair.

S. African		The Chairman read copies of cablegrams
Players		he had sent to & received from Mr. Wheeler
		& it was decided to send a further one
		asking that gentleman if he could ascertain
		if Riley, Murray & Hodgson were likely to
		accept engagements under League rules.

Gas Boiler		The question of purchasing a boiler for
		purpose of washing outfits was left in hands
		of Mr. H. Banks.

Wigan Boro. F. C.	Chairman reported that this club had
		made default re the instalment due re Jones
		on 30th ult. & had interviewed him & asked
		for an extension until end of season. Secy.
		was instructed to look up the agreement &
		report.

Chambers (L'pool)	Secy. reported that the L'pool F. C. had
		decided not to part with this player.

Cock			It was  decided to now offer this player
		to Arsenal F. C. at £2000.

Leave of Absence	The Chairman's action re Hart & Macdonald was confirmed.

Player to watch		J. Fare & H. Makepeace to watch Jones (Blackpool).
