Gibson (Hamilton) Mr. D. Kirkwood gave an unfavorable
report of this player but reported that Reid
(C. F) & Davidson (C. H.) of Clydebank were worth looking
at again.
McPhail (Airdrie) The Secy. gave a good report of this player
also Weldon (I. R.) of same team & Cook (O. L.) Dundee.
Atkinson (Scotswood) Mr. W. Laine reported that he did not
consider this player good enough, but referred
very favorably to Mulcahy (I. R.) of Annfield Plain
& King (C. F.) Sheldon.
Lee (Hadfields Work) Mr. W. Green gave a very poor report
of this player.
Fauser (Ashfield) Secy. stated he had received an excellent
report of this player & it was decided to have
him watched.
Bristol City v Mr. J. Fare reported that the only player
Plymouth Argyle} he was impressed with in this match was
Black (O. L.) of Argyle.
New Stand Secy. reported that the demolition work
had been commenced and that he had asked
the Police to prevent theft of timber or & damage.
Lancashire F. A Agreed to let this Assocn. hold a Council
meeting at G. P on 26th inst. and to provide them
with a Tea.
Decided to nominate Mr. E. Clayton to
represent Div. 5 on Council.
