but the application of Lancs. County Schools F. A. was
refused.
Donations It was agreed to grant R. H. Ryding's a
donation of £5 towards his medical expenses,
& £2.2.0 to the Gatemen’s Re-union.

Proposed New Stand Mr. A. Leitch attended & the tenders for
this work were submitted as per schedule
attached. It was decided to proceed with
the work & Mr. Leitch was empowered to accept
the lowest tenders as set out in last column.
It was also decided to have new tip seats
for the Shareholders & Members portions & to
utilize the present tip up seats for one of the
end portions. This would mean a saving
of about £400, but as the Council had decided
there must be two additional exits. This amount
would possibly be taken up with that.
Tenders were also submitted for the
materials from the stand & the demolition & removal of the present stand
from Mr. G. Howard £275 Maden & McKee £250
W. M. Gordon & Co. £130. & £75.
It was decided to accept Messrs Maden
& McKee's offer subject to their signing an
agreement to be drawn up by Mr. Cuff & Mr. Leitch.
