Reports re Players	Messrs A. R. Wade & W. J. Sawyer reported favorably
Hooper M. & Ruddy of these 2 players but Mr. A. Coffey spoke unfavorably
(D'ton)		of the former but well of the latter.

Marshall (Gillingham)	Mr. J. Fare reported very favorably of
		this player.

Harrison & Wright	Mr. W. Green reported favorably of the
(Charley) 	former but that the latter was not good enough.

J. Broad		The Chairman reported that he had
		transfered this player to New Brighton F. C.
		at a fee of £200 half paid at once & the
		remainder on 1st March 1926. Action confirmed.

3rd Party Insurance	Quotations for this Insurance were submitted
		from the Ocean Accident & Guarantee Corporation,
		but it was decided to insure with the Royal
		Insurance for £2500 any one Accident & unlimited
		amount of liability for any one year at a premium
		of £25.

Donation		Application for a donation from the British
		Legion Poor Kiddies Fund was not entertained.

F. A. Cup 3rd Rd.	Secy. reported that we had been drawn
		v Fulham at home in this Competition & it was
		agreed the following arrangement be made
		subject to consent  of the Fulham F. C.
		Seats Booked at 3/6 Shareholders & Members
		Stand in Bullens Rd. & Block D, E, F in
		Goodison Rd.
		at 2/4 the usual 2/4 stand in Bullens Rd.
		the goal D. Decker & Blocks A, B, C, G, H, K in
		Goodison Rd.
		The ordinary league prices to be charged for
		ground & end of Bullens Rd. Stand.

Central League		On account of the F. A. Cup Tie on 9th Jany.
Matches		our matches v Liverpool would have to be postponed
		but it was agreed to play our postponed.
