Reports re Players	Mr. J. Fare did not give too favorable
Titmuss (S'hampton) report of this back & stated he was 30 yrs. of age.

Turnbull (Ashington)	Mr. D. Kirkwood reported that he did not
		consider this player of the standard required.

Millington (Willenhall)	Messrs W. C. Gibbins & D. Kirkwood reported
Picken (Wellington) favorably of the former. Mr. Gibbins also
		spoke well of Picken but Mr. Kirkwood thought
		he was too old for us.

Welsh Player		Messrs A. R. Wade & J. Fare reported that there
		were no outstanding players in the match
		for Meredith's benefit at Colwyn Bay.

Hardy			It was agreed that the Chairman
		enquire if Menham was likely to be available
		for all our matches, & if so we proceed no
		further with the proposed transfer of this player,
		but if not, we sign him on at terms stated
		at last meeting.

Irvine			Letter read from Notts County asking
		if we were prepared to part with this player.
		Decided to reply in negative & at same time
		enquire if they were prepared to part with their
		inside forward Davis.

Collections		Permission was granted for the following
		collections to be made on the ground

Northern Nomads		Chairman reported an interview he &
		the Secy. had had with the Capt. & Secy. of
		this club re financial assistance - Decided
		to discuss the matter further in another
		week or two.

Gaumont Film Co.	Application to take slow motion pictures
		of our players in action not entertained.
