Wilkinson (Wath)	Mr. W. Green reported that this player
		was promising & should be seen again.

Kelly (Burnley)		Secy. reported that he had made
Cowan (N'cle U.) enquiries as to whether the clubs were prepared
Mackay (Blackburn) to part with these players but that he had
		received negative replies in each case.

Players on Transfer	Secy. read lists of players on transfer
		by Stoke City & Glasgow Rangers but no action
		was taken.

Wigan Boro F. C.	Secy. reported that the instalment of  £20
		due from this club had not been paid and
		that he had been in communication with the
		League on the matter.

Tea &c.			It was decided to invite the team
		which played v S'land with Chedgzoy, Reid
		& Livingstone to meet the Directors at Tea on
		Thursday next & to visit the Theatre afterwards.
		Secy. to make necessary arrangements.

N. Nomads		Letter read from this club asking for
		assistance relative to release of Menham. It
		was decided to reply that we considered they
		had no claim as the player in question was
		on our retained lists.

Central League		It was decided to invite the Management
		Committee to Lunch on Wednesday 4th Novr. &
		to ask the Chairman & Secy. of L'pool F. C. to join
		us. Secy. to make necessary arrangements with
		N. W. Hotel.

Players to watch	J. Fare to watch Titmuss (Southampton) a
		letter having been read that they were prepared
		to transfer him for £2500.
			Mr. W. C. Gibbins to watch the Willenhall
		players.
			Mr. D. Kirkwood to watch Turnbull (Ashington)
