present condition was read & approved.
Boys Pen It was decided to allot a portion
of the paddock at the north end to admit
boys only & Mr. H. Banks was given the
necessary permission to have the work
carried out forthwith.
Club Management The Secretary was informed that
as the Executive Officer of the Board, he was
subject to the Directors or Sub Committees
thereof, in complete authority over the players
and staffs of the Company and responsible
to the Directors for the efficient discharge
by all employees of the Company of the
duties of their employment.
