Players Tickets		It was decided to allow the players one
		ticket each for Cup tie v Bradford.

Leave of absence	R Irvine & D Reid were granted leave
		of absence from Sat after Cup tie, if finished,
		until Tuesday morning 16th inst

Reports re Players	Messrs A Coffey & W J Sawyer reported that
Cockburn (Stockport C) they did not consider this player worth
		more than about £500.

Matthews (Boscombe)	The Chairman reported very favorably
		on this player & it was decided he be seen
		again on Sat next.

Williams (Shrewsbury)	Secy reported that this player was of
		no use to us.

McBain (M/c U)		Secy reported that the Club might be
		prepared to part with this player at a fee
		of £4,600. This was considered excessive & he
		was instructed to find out his correct age & also
		lowest fee the club would accept.

Woodhouse (Preston) 	The Chairman reported that he had had
		a conversation with Mr Smith of Preston NE.
		for an exchange of Jones for Woodhouse.
		His action in making this offer was confirmed.

McLeod & Gibson		Mr. J. Craig reported favorably on
(Ayr United)	these two players also McCloy (full back Ayr)
		& Ross (IL. Darvel).

Hoylake Trinity FC 	An application from this club for financial
		assistance was not entertained.

Training		Mr J Sharp reported that he had
		had an interview with Makepeace & Secy &
		had arranged the following times for
		training in future. Tuesdays & Thursdays
		10.30 to 12.30 & 2.30 to 4 & on Wednesday 10.30-12.30
		These arrangements were considered satisfactory
		by the Board & confirmed.
