[Meeting of Directors held at Goodison Park, Liverpool on Monday 8th January 1923] Present Mr W. C. Cuff (Chair) & all other Directors except Dr J. C. Baxter. Proposed New) Mr A. Leitch attended the meeting & produced Stand Bullens Rd) plans & a model of the proposed new Stand. The Board went into the matter with him and suggestions were made regarding the portion to be allotted to Shareholders & Members which Mr Leitch promised he would go into. Mr Leitch stated that the total cost of the work, including fees &c. would be approximately £27,000 & the same could be completed in say 4 months. The Board deferred further consideration of the matter until later on. Peacock Mr. E. Green reported his conversation with this player regarding minute of 28th ult. Doctor & Trainer's Dr C Baxter & trainer Elliott reported the Reports following player unfit viz Forbes & Macdonald & Reid doubtful. Reports of Matches Reports were received of the matches v Huddersfield T 0-1 & H'field Res 3-1 Team Selection The following team was selected v Bradford (GC) h 13th inst Harland, Raitt, Livingstone, Brown, Fleetwood, Hart, Chedgzoy, Peacock, Chadwick, Williams & Harrison Res Chedgzoy. Special Training It was decided to take the above players to W Kirby on Friday next & to Theatre in the evening. Secy to make necessary arrangements.
