		of ground in May was allowed to stand over
		for the present.

Xmas Boxes		Decided to grant Xmas Boxes to the
		Staff as follows Secy £10 office Staff. Groundsmen
		Makepeace, Roberts, Barker 1 week's wages
		S. M. Ellershaw & Postman 10/- ea & to Players, Trainers
		& Directors a turkey each, the latter to be
		purchased by the Chairman Mr A Coffey & Secy.

Cricket Pitches		Decided to accept the offer of £10
		for season from P.O. Engineers Cl. for use of
		Pitch A Townsend Lane.

Conduct of Spectators 	Decided to ask the Police to provide a
		plain clothes man for duty amongst spectators
		near the tunnel to prevent use of bad language &c.
