Directors Report The Secretary having read the Auditors Reports; the Chairman in the first place apologised for the absence of Mr J. Sharp who was engaged with the Cricket International Selection Committee & proceeded with his report in which he congratulated the Shareholders on the excellent position of the Club. He stated we had both earned a record number of points in the League from a club standpoint & also earned a record profit. He also congratulated the players on the excellent displays of football which they had giving during the season which had gained the highest praise from our opponents as well as our supporters. The Directors were looking forward with every confidence to next season, two new players having been engaged & we were still on the look out to strengthen any weak spots we may have.
