Reports re Players Mr A Coffey & Secy reported on the Inter League
Halliday (Dundee) match- They stated they could not recommend
Hutton (Aberdeen) Halliday on his display, but reported very
favorably of Hutton (full back).
Kendall (Lincoln) Messrs A Coffey, A R Wade & Secy reported that they
were not too favorably impressed with this goalkeeper's
display at Wrexham.
Swan (Stockport C) Mr D Kirkwood stated that this player had
played poorly v Coventry City.
Johnston (Huddersfield) Mr J Fare gave a very good report on
this player. Decided he be seen again.
Chilton Colliery Players R Downs reported that none of these players
were good enough for us.
Pape (Notts C) Mr D Kirkwood reported that he did not
consider this player good enough for us.
