Glover (N. Brighton) Messrs A. R. Wade, H. Makepeace & Secy. reported favorably Tootle (Southport) on these players. It was decided to ask the former club if they were prepared to part with Glover. Curran (Glenavon) J. Fare gave a favorable report on this player & it was agreed that Messrs A. Coffey & Secy. proceed to Belfast on Sat. next to watch him play & if satisfied to sign him on. C. had asked re this player it had been decided to play him last Sat. v Rovers Res. and he had asked the Stoke Club for a transfer fee of £1000. Action confirmed.
