New Stand		The question of the erection of the proposed
		New Stand in Bullens Rd. was gone into & after
		much discussion it was decided to postpone
		the same for a further 12 months & Secy. was
		instructed to inform Mr. A. Leitch of this decision.

Reports re Players	Mr. A. Coffey gave a favorable report on this
Halliday (Dundee) player but stated that the Dundee club were
		not prepared to part with him at present.

McInally (3rd Lanark) 	Secy. reported that he did not consider
		that this player would be of service to us.

Ormston (Barrow)	H. Makepeace reported that this player
		was not good enough for us.

Lawson (Wallasey U.)	J. Fare reported favorably on this player
		but considered he was rather too old. Secy.
		was instructed to enquire as to his age.

Ellesmere Port Players	Mr. H. Halliday gave a fair report of
		Simmonds (F. B.) & Edwards (O. L.).

Baugh (Wolves)		Secy. reported that this player was now
		on offer but it was decided not to enter into
		negotiations for his services.

Winn (Bradford City) 	Letter read from club that they were not
		prepared to entertain an exchange & the matter
		was left over for the present.

Brown (Huddersfield) 	It was agreed to ask the club if they
		were prepared to part with this player.

Varco (Torquay)		Secy. was instructed to make some enquiries
		re this player.
