Townsend Lane ground Secy reported that he had interviewed Mr J W Jones (the agent) who was prepared to give us an extension of tenancy for 2 years but would like the club to be in a position to terminate the tenancy sooner should the land be sold. Instructions were given to the Secy to accept this provided sufficient notice would be given for us to satisfactorily arrange with our sub tenants.
