Disqualification	The Secy reported his interview with Mr
of Directors	Glasgow (Simpson North Harley & Co) who stated that
		it was not legal for Directors to contract with
		the Company. Decided the matter lie on the table
		& freedom of action regarding orders for materials
		&c be taken as heretofore.

Reports re Players	Mr D Kirkwood reported none too favorably
McColgan (Albion R) on this players display v Forfar Athletic.

McCormack		Mr J Fare reported unfavorably on the

Rigg (Nelson)		Messrs H Banks & Secy reported that on this
