Staircase Ceiling to be prepared & painted 2 coats White finished in flatting upper portion of walls to be prepared and painted 2 coats best oil paint in a approved colors wash and touch up where necessary dado doors, windows, and Banisters and give one coat best copal varnish. Counting House Repair plaster where necessary, Distemper walls 2 coats of duresco in approved colors, paint ceiling and all woodwork 2 coats best oil paint in approved colors- touch up and varnish Counter and partition and give 1 coat varnish to doors after painting - hot water pipes and radiators to be painted as before.
