Lpool Wednesday The question brought up at the last
Hospital Cup meeting was discussed & it was decided that
we do not desire to enter into the competition
but at same time to talk the matter over
with the Lpool F.C. & Chairman & Secy were
deputed to interview the latter.
Freeman (Oldham) Secy was instructed to write the club
asking if they were prepared to part with
this player & if so, the transfer fee required.
Players Picnic It was decided to entertain the players
to a Picnic & the Captain (H Hart) was instructed
to ask his colleagues what form of Picnic
they would like & to inform the Secy.
New Brighton FC Mr W J Sawyer reported that the Chairman
of this club had made a complaint that we
had approached certain of their players.
Secy was instructed to write Dr Martlew asking
for an explanation.
Reports re Players Secy reported that none of the players
Lpool League v Lancs & Ches League in this match were of use to us.
Rigg (Nelson) J Fare again reported favorably on this player.
