Minutes The Minutes of meeting held on the
10th inst. & Finance Committee meetings of the
2nd & 10th inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The Secy. reported that the Gate receipts
in the medal competitions were net £804.4.9
Tax £217.2.3.
The 20% received from Burnley was
£145.2.3 & the compensation from Tottenham
Hotspur £416.3.7.
The following amounts were also reported
as having been received.
Bovril Ltd. Rent £16
Notts. Forest Parker's Transfer Fee £500
Wolverhampton Wrs. Mayson do £250
Fazackerley This player appeared with reference
to re-signing & stated that he wanted to
live at Sheffield. It was decided that
permission could not be granted for him
to do this, but he could have same privilege
as last season or have weekend leave
to Sheffield. The player did not re-sign.
Staff Holidays It was agreed to grant the groundsman
2 weeks holiday, the trainers & Messrs Fare & Kirkwood
3 weeks & Secy. 1 month, arrangements to be left
in Secy.'s hands.
