the 12th & 18th inst. & Finance Committee meetings
of 22nd ult. & 12th inst. were read & confirmed.
Finance The following gate receipts were reported

The 20% from Preston N.E. was reported
to be £131.13.11 & Share of Gate from Bagillt F.C. £2.
The Bank Balance was £3629.17.1. Dr.
The gate receipts in L'pool Cup Semi-final
on 18th inst. was £478.18.6 gross Tax £118.15.5 & Exs.
£17.0.6.
Trainer's Report Trainer Elliott reported that Grenyer
was progressing favorably & that Jones
& Thompson were doubtful for next match.
Reports of matches Reports were received of the matches
v Preston N. E. 0-1, Oldham Res. 0-0 & Oswestry 0-1.
Reports re Players Mr. W. R. Clayton reported favorably
on Jones (L. B.) of Acrefair & the Left Half of Rhyl.
Messrs Gibbins & Sawyer reported that
the back Nuttall of Bolton St Marks had signed
for Bolton & that none of the other players
were of the required standard.
