Wardroppe Fund An application from the Barrow F.C.
for a donation to this fund was allowed to
lie on the table.
Programmes Secy. reported result of his conversation
with Mr. E. A. Morton re quality of programmes.
Decided that in future that the Programme
Boy be not allowed to use telephone in back office.
Tram Service Secy. reported that the L'pool F.C. had
suggested a deputation from the two Clubs to
interview the Tramways Manager with regard
to improved tram services to matches.
Charity Match Secy. reported that the L'pool F.C. were
not agreeable to play a match as suggested but
they were giving a donation of £25 to the Police
Aided Clothing Fund. Decided to ask them if
they would divide it between that Fund &
L'pool Children's Hospital & if so we would give
similar amounts.
Bullens Rd. The Ground Committee reported receipt of
Stand tenders for proposed new roof & the Board
decided that before doing anything, to ask
Mr. A. Leitch to come to a meeting & give
advice regarding a proposed new stand. Mr. Bank's
was given authority to have ? roof repaired where necessary.
Bullock (Bury) Secy. stated that club were not prepared
to part with this player at present.
