Minutes The Minutes of meeting held on
the 22nd inst. were read & confirmed.
Trainer's Report Trainer Elliott reported all
players fit except Thompson, Alford & Grenyer.
Barrow F. C. It was decided to accept the
suggestion of this Club to play match
on Monday Apl. 4th.
Wedding Presents It was reported that the League
had granted permission for wedding presents to
be made to players in kind up to
value of £20. Decided that matter
be discussed at next meeting.
Carruthers (C. F.) Mr. E. Belshaw reported very favorably
Preston Colly on this player.
Scottish Players Mr. J. Craig's report on various
Scottish players was read.
Gray This player attended & stated
that his loss of wages amounted to
£21.5.0. It was decided to pay him
£10 now also to pay for his lodgings
whilst in L'pool & to send balance on.
Ransome (F.B.) Mr. D. Kirkwood reported that this
St. Helens player was in his opinion too small
for us.
