Wilkinson		Mr. H. Makepeace reported unfavorably of
(Bradford City)	this goalkeeper & it was decided to take no action
		re his transfer.

Scottish Players	J. Craig reported favorably on Harper
		Ritchie & Halligay of Hibernians. Hilligan (G. K.) of
		St. Mirren, Nicholson (H. B.) & Henderson (C. F) Rangers
		& Vutch (F. B.) of Maryhill.

McDougall(Airdrie)	Secy. reported that the clubs concerned
Wilson (Wednesday) were not prepared to part with there players
		at present.

Toner			Letter read from Arsenal F. C. asking for
		offer. Decided that Mr. W. J. Sawyer watch him play
		on Sat. next.

Collections & Donations	Decided that all applications of this
		nature be allowed to lie on the table.

Complaint re		Secy. was instructed to ask the Police
Spectators	to take steps to evict any spectators using
		abusive language &c.

Jackson W. K.		This player was granted leave of absence
		from 20th to 25th inst.

L'pool F. C. Dinner	Agreed that Messrs E. Green & W. C. Gibbins
		represent the club at this function on the
		22nd inst.

Windows Bills		Decided in future to order 75 bills
		to be delivered &c. instead of 150.

Charity Match		It was decided to try & arrange with
		L'pool F. C. to play reserve teams in a match
		for the benefit of Police Clothing Fund & 
		Royal L'pool Children's Hospital.

League Minutes		The Minutes relating to matches being
		played on vacant cup tie dates not to be taken
		into account when fixing compensation
		was read.
