McDougall		Mr. J. Fare reported that this player
(Airdrie)	was the most promising Centre half he had
		seen for some time, his only fault being
		his rather lack of attacking power. Secy.
		was asked to enquire privately if the club
		were disposed to part with him.

J. Craig's report	Mr. J. Craig's  report re Scottish
		Senior & Junior players was read.

F. Parry		This player having applied for an
		increase of wages it was decided not to
		grant same.

Arrangements		The question of making necessary hotel
for Cardiff	&c. arrangements for our visit to Cardiff on 23rd
		inst. was left in hands of Chairman & Secy.

Medical Officer		Secy. reported that Dr. Cecil Baxter would
		not accept position as Salaried Medical Officer
		but would be quite prepared to act as honorary
		M. O. & would do all he could for the Club. Decided
		to leave matter over until next meeting.
